Questo dispositivo è un regolatore di tensione fissa a bassa caduta da 5 V.La tensione di ingresso massima è 42 V (65 V, ≤ 400 ms).Fino a una tensione di ingresso di 26 V e per una corrente di uscita fino a 650 mA regola la tensione di uscita con una precisione del 2%.La protezione da cortocircuito limita la corrente di uscita a più di 650 mA.Il dispositivo incorpora una protezione da sovratensione e una protezione termica che spegne il dispositivo a temperature elevate.
